To stack rings, start with one ring you love and add one or two slimmer rings next to it. Mix widths and textures, keep the metals related, and spread rings across two or three fingers rather than filling every one.
Our rings are made in waterproof, hypoallergenic 316L steel, so a stack can stay on when you wash your hands.
How many rings should you stack?
Two or three on one finger is plenty. Across a hand, three to five rings looks styled without feeling heavy. Leave at least one finger free for balance.
Three easy ring stacks
- The minimal stack: two slim bands on one finger and one on the next. Clean and quiet for every day.
- The textured stack: one brushed or sanded ring between two polished ones. The VERA wrap rings in CALM work well here.
- The mixed-metal stack: one gold, one silver and one duo-tone ring, such as LIV in CALM. See duo-tone jewellery.
Which fingers to stack
- Index finger: a bold ring here looks confident.
- Middle finger: the centre of the stack; a good place for your widest ring.
- Ring finger: slim bands.
- Little finger: one small ring adds a modern detail.
Styling gold rings
Gold rings look warm against cream, camel and denim. Our gold is 18K ION plated onto 316L steel, so it resists tarnishing and handles water. See rings with gold plating.
Ring stacks for every outfit
- Denim and knits: a textured stack with one bold ring.
- Office: two or three slim rings in one metal.
- Evening: add a cubic zirconia or pearl ring.
For bolder looks, read how to style statement rings. Not sure about size? Choose adjustable rings.
