Shipping
Location of dispatch
All orders are processed- and dispatched from the seller’s warehouse in Denmark, Europe.
Shipping fee
Orders within the EU are subject to a shipping fee of 6 euros, depending on the delivery destination.
Free shipping
On some occasions, the seller offers free shipping. The seller reserves the right to change free shipping circumstances without any notice. Free shipping is available on orders over €65.
Shipping duty and taxes
Shipments within the EU are not subject to import duties and taxes. Orders from the United Kingdom may be charged with a Customs Duty.
Delivery
Delivery locations
The seller ship to all countries in Europe, except Norway and Switzerland. The seller does not sell- or ship to private customers in the United States of America, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Russia, and Asian countries.

Delivery options
The seller offers the following delivery methods:
- Private Postal Delivery EU
- Private UPS Delivery EU
- Private Express UPS Delivery
- Private Express UPS Delivery UK
Receipt of delivery
The buyer will receive the delivery at the address specified when placing the order. If the buyer or other representatives for the buyer is not at the address at the time of delivery – the delivery will be delivered to the nearest located parcel shop. If the delivery is given to a parcel shop, the buyer must pick up the delivery within ten calendar days.
Incomplete delivery
If the delivery is not picked up at the parcel shop by the buyer within ten calendar days, the delivery is sent back to the seller. Once the seller has received the delivery return, the seller sends the buyer an email notifying the buyer that the seller has accepted the delivery back. Once the seller confirms that the delivery return has been fulfilled within the seller return policy, the total amount of the order within the delivery will be refunded.
Track and trace
Once the order is shipped from the seller's warehouse, an email is sent to the buyer containing the tracking information for the shipment. It can take up to 24 hours from the time the order is dispatched to the tracking data becoming accessible across systems.
