Every DANSK Copenhagen design is made from 316L stainless steel — fully waterproof, tarnish-free, and hypoallergenic. A grade so corrosion-resistant it holds its finish through showers, swimming, sweat, and daily wear without a second thought. Put it on. Leave it there.
Gold and Silver — Both Permanent
Our gold jewellery is finished with ION plating — a Physical Vapor Deposition process that bonds the gold-toned finish directly onto the 316L steel at a molecular level for lasting warmth and colour. Our silver jewellery carries the natural tone of the 316L steel itself — solid to the core, with nothing to chip, fade, or tarnish. Both finishes are permanent. Both are waterproof and hypoallergenic.
