Why 316L Steel Is Waterproof
316L is a stainless steel that resists rust and corrosion. The "L" stands for low carbon, which helps the steel stay stable in contact with water and sweat.

- Gold designs: these are 18K ION plated. ION plating is a PVD method, designed for a finish that holds up better to daily wear than traditional gold plating. How ION plating differs from traditional gold plating.
